Summary: Eventually, I plan to make this the default, but for now I'd like to make it something we can choose to turn on or off as a cmd argument (so we can start with the experimental tier and Fastreplay). Note that this mixes volatile vs. non-volatile pools when accessing the pools for cacheblob. In practice, those pools are actually volatile, it's just that things don't break if you access them as non-volatile.
