Jun Wu be8e45cdd1 hgcommands: support Rust progress 
Summary:
Render the progress bars in a Rust thread.
Also make it compatible with traditional Python progress bars (not the most efficient way because the Python still have its own progress thread, but the code change is minimal).

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
