Paul Fisher c20e37de13 hgweb: pull line numbers out of main flow of source content
Pulls the autogenerated line number boxes outside of the padding box
of the main content of .sourcelines, allowing the first tab
to be properly sized and the line numbers to be outside
the main source's margin when text is wrapped.

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
