Arun Kulshreshtha d16a62ce06 edenapi: send user agent string ... Summary: Include a `User-Agent` header in EdenAPI requests from Mercurial. This will allow us to see the version in Scuba, and in the future, will allow us to distinguish between requests send by Mercurial and those sent directly by EdenFS. Keeping with the current output of `hg version`, the application is specified as "EdenSCM" rather than "Mercurial".
