Chad Austin d42ea29476 convert BlobAccess tests to use FakeBackingStore ... Summary: In the future, we will likely coalesce redundant fetches at the BlobAccess/ObjectStore layer. To measure what we actually want, populate a normal ObjectStore with a NullLocalStore and add counters to FakeBackingStore.
