Stefan Filip d4614d568d manifest: update manifest.remove to return None for dirs ... Summary: Updating the manifest implementation for remove with the intended API. When I originally implemented remove I wasn't confident what was the best way to implement remove. As I've gained more experience, I feel confident that doing two iteration over the tree is a good approach for this method. The first iteration should validate that the file exists then the second iteration will actually traverse down updating the nodes to mutable ephemerals.
