Durham Goode 12f99274cb treemanifest: add incremental server repack ... Summary: When the server performs a repack, it would read all the data from all the revlogs. This was very slow and expensive. Let's add a --incremental option that makes it only read the revlog entries that have a linkrev newer than the latest linkrev data that's already in a pack file.
