Jun Wu e0b6773019 eagerepo: write commits to master group
Summary:
Write commit to master group. This provides proper "CloneData" and allows us to
actually test lazy commit hash backend (since only commits in the master group
can have lazy hashes).

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
