Durham Goode e1307b12fc edenapi: add option to call files2 endpoint instead
Summary:
Now that we have a files2 endpoint that can return errors, let's add an
option to call it from the client.

Mercurial

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
