Simon Farnsworth 7156f5cd9f Don't look at filenode history when they're both the same ... Summary: When deriving `hgchangesets` for merge commits, we try to get filenodes right. Speed this up a little by recognising that history checks are unnecessary if both parents have the same filenode.
