Summary: Previously those fds were obtained via `fp.fileno()`. We're going to replace the `fp` with something backed by Rust that does not have `fileno()`. Update chg to replace the raw fds (0, 1, 2) directly. This is enough to affect both Python and Rust's stdio so there is no need to replace `ui.fout`, `ui.ferr` again.
