Jun Wu e66a1922f4 clidispatch: drop Clone on IO ... Summary: Cloning IO would make it harder to run the clean-up logic in Drop (ex. flush, stop the pager). Forbid it. The weak reference output and error streams can still be cloned. They sastify the main "clone" use-cases.
