Thomas Orozco ea059ef2c7 mononoke/benchmark_filestore: add support for testing with caches ... Summary: This updates benchmark_filestore to allow testing with caches (notably, Memcache & Cachelib). It also reads twice now, which is nice for caches that aren't filled by us (e.g. Manifold CDN).
