Durham Goode ee9beb6c2f remotefilelog: move mutablemanifeststore into shallowutil 
Summary:
A future diff will use the same mutable*store pattern to allow pending
file mutable packs to be read from the store. The mutablemanifeststore is
generic and can be reused, so let's move it and rename it.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
