Stefan Filip f16a99af95 segmented_changelog: add IdMapVersion check to VersionStore ... Summary: We want to protect against races where we may have multiple writers with different IdMap versions. We want IdMapVersions to be monotonous increasing. The common race scenario is between tailers and seeder. We may have a tailer that starts to updates while a seeder writes a version with a new idmap. The tailer may try to write a version that has an old version of the idmap.
