Genevieve Helsel f6cfa5f229 remove use of getScmStatusBetweenRevisions in eden doctor ... Summary: There is one instace of `getScmStatusBetweenRevisions` in use - it is used in the eden cli in a hacky way to check if a commit hash is valid.
