Xavier Deguillard f888b72efd inodes: a fuse channel may not always be present ... Summary: In a bunch of places, the code assumes that an EdenMount is associated with a Fuse channel. With NFS, that's no longer the case, thus let's make sure to check the return value of mount->getFuseChannel(). In the case where it will make sense to have something for NFS, I've either added an EDEN_BUG, or a TODO, so we can come back to it later.
