Summary: Release note: none Issue: #907 - Set up AdapterChannel object to read and write to Prepack - Changed Prepack DebugChannel to read and write in the same format - Implement init, stopped, terminated events - Implement set breakpoints end to end The adapter will hold a queue to store requests to Prepack that came from the UI. When Prepack is ready to receive a request, the adapter will send a request from the queue through this AdapterChannel.
