22aa13e34d do not set indexcode to EFAKEFIRSTIP 
for INJECTED urls, just added urls.
fix add url page to not always use 'main'

c50ef1954f show admin controls on serps if ip is local. 
fixed up the "reindex" page for deleting/reindexing
search results for a given query.
