07ccbb8966 Handle JSX elements with type arguments

752c923a94 Don't load pretty-show/hscolour by default. (#16)
As @mpickering pointed out, this breaks `new-repl` if you have
multiple versions of `pretty-show` in your package store.

fb1b145bd7 Add script to simplify profiling.
This script is useful in that it takes care of remembering past
results and imvoking profiteur/hp2pretty/etc. We had this back in the
day, but it didn't make the transition to the new repository.
