Playfair Display v1.203 (stat fix) (#3649)

* Updating to UFR version, fonts rebuilt

* stripping statics

* Adjusted sources

- tuned UPM back to 1000
- adjusted vertical metrics to match original.

* Updating to UFR version, fonts rebuilt

* removing files that shouldn't be there

* Update PlayfairDisplay-Italic[wght].ttf

Fixing bad kern in the italic variable font.
