* Shizuru Font Version 1.000 taken from the upstream repo https://github.com/shibuyafont/shizuru-font.git at commit a03af0c110.
* [gftools-packager] ofl/shizurufont remove METADATA "source". google/fonts#2587
* Changing font name
Modifications made upsteam as well, but packager was having an issue with the font name changing :/
* Update METADATA.pb
Adding Latin and Japanese subsets.
* Update DESCRIPTION.en_us.html
Updating description string.
* Renaming the font folder
