<p>Borna is an Iranian graphic designer, type designer, and researcher based in the UK. He holds an MA in Graphic Design from the London College of Communication, and an MA in Typeface Design from the University of Reading, where his dissertation traced the typographic development of Nasta’liq between 1770 and 2000. Borna is the designer of the award-winning type family Lida, and the libre font Lalezar. He has designed typefaces for Arabic, Avestan and Latin.</p>
