Antoine Leblanc 1d76015629 delete ExecutionCtx in favour of explicit argument passing ... ### Description This small PR removes `ExecutionCtx`: it was only used as a `Reader` argument for `runGQ`, and two of its wrappers. Explicit argument passing removes one additional small record, and one more `runReaderT`.
