Kali Vara Purushotham Santhati 489835eb36 cli: metadata apply,export enhancements ... - modified the `dry-run` flag of metadata apply command. - added new flag `o` which takes "json" or "yaml" as parameters for metadata apply command. - added new flag `o` which takes "json" or "yaml" as parameters for metadata export command.
