Antoine Leblanc 609cab89e6 Backend-agnostic custom scalars ... ### Description This small clean-up PR makes one further step towards backend-agnostic actions: it makes all the code parsing custom types backend agnostic. Surprisingly, this could be done *without* the need to finish generalizing the column parser. The remaining sore point is async queries, that still target Postgres explicitly. In theory, this is enough to start allowing non-Postgres scalars in custom types. In practice, however: - no other backend exposes scalars in a way that would allow users to do that as of this PR; - we currently have no strategy to avoid / detect scalar collisions across backends.
