## Description This PR updates the notes-extracting script, to allow for a stable sort across runs: - files are now treated in alphabetical order of the full file name: - within a file, notes are treated in order - that order is reflected in the generated index file - within a note, references are sorted by file, then by line number Additionally it fixes(?) a note whose format was unexpected.
