core: Move /tmp/hypr to $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/hypr (#5788) 
Moves the directory containing sockets and logs.
Also restructures lockfiles a bit.

For consumers, check if `$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/hypr` exists. If so, use it. If not, use the old `/tmp/hypr`.

do not overwrite existing hyprland.desktop (#1228) 
* copy desktop file only if does not exist

- Should no longer overwrite modified desktop files for pre-packaged versions of Hyprland.

* re-add cleaninstall with deprecation notice

Update wiki link in manpage (#1144) 
As wiki is migrated to wiki.hyprland.org, I changed the github wiki link to wiki.hyprland.org in the manpage.
