* Emit warning for fixities with no export modifiers
This is to help update all the existing code to program with explicit
fixity export directives in preparation for the behavioral change where
they will become private by default.
While the discussion about how to refactor test framework is not
finished (#1654), make this change: move `rm -rf build` in the
beginning of the test. For these reasons:
* it is useful to inspect the contents of the `build` directory
especially after the test failure
* if build crashes mid-test (e.g. process killed), next run should
not be affected by the `build` directory from the previous run
- Added initial implementations for terms and values
- Error messages converted to pretty printer
- Colorization for error messages
- Color and console width option both as command line and repl command
Can't export a type which refers to a private name. This has caught a
couple of visibility errors in the libraries, code and tests, so they've
been updated too.
As in Idris 1 - if an interface declares a method as total or covering,
then all implementations have to satisfy that.
Temporarily turn off %default directive again, at least until totality
checking works as it should (this is probably better than removing it
from various places because I'll forget to put them back)
This means temporarily removing some '%default total' from the libraries
and tests, since the input for codata checking isn't right yet (it needs
appropriate use of inlining)
