grafana: fix the darwin build failure

Browse Source 
* use xcbuild.xcbuild, which is dep for @esfx/equatable; fix 'aligned_alloc' error

* frontend's offlineCache: don't allow platforms other than the one's mentioned in `meta.platforms`
