d306eea857 oroborus: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:

    ld: workspaces.o:src/keyboard.h:93: multiple definition of
      `NumLockMask'; client.o:src/keyboard.h:93: first defined here

treewide: use mirror URLs where available
Candidates identified with

	git grep -F "$(grep -v '#' pkgs/build-support/fetchurl/mirrors.nix |
		grep -v nixos.org | grep :// | cut -d '"' -f 2)"

and then manually reviewed and tested.

9bb3fccb5b treewide: pkgs.pkgconfig -> pkgs.pkg-config, move pkgconfig to alias.nix
continuation of #109595

pkgconfig was aliased in 2018, however, it remained in
all-packages.nix due to its wide usage. This cleans
up the remaining references to pkgs.pkgsconfig and
moves the entry to aliases.nix.

python3Packages.pkgconfig remained unchanged because
it's the canonical name of the upstream package
on pypi.
