nix-zsh-completions: remove broken _nix completion function
...
That completion function works only with nix 2.3 (and older). The
newer versions use ANSI escape sequences in the --help output, and
this seems to confuse the function.
Nix 2.4+ has zsh completion built in so removing it from
nix-zsh-completions should not harm most users.

nix-zsh-completions: Lower priority to avoid collisions with nix

Both it and nix >=2.4 install a _nix zsh completion definition. The
one in nix should take precedence, so let's lower this package's
priority.

Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938
meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

nix-zsh-completions: install nix.plugin.zsh and init.zsh as well
...
These files feature simple aliases and a nix-shell detector when using
`nix-shell --run zsh`. The package itself contains the completion scripts in
`$out/share/zsh/site-functions` (to keep it compatible with ZSH-only
setups) and the plugins in `$out/share/zsh/plugins` for oh-my-zsh.
