Arthur Gautier 3a7e5f6c25 ipxe: allow to pass options with values 
For example BANNER_TIMEOUT can be overriden like:
```
ipxe.overrideArgs(old: {
    enableOptions = old.enableOptions ++ [ "BANNER_TIMEOUT 100" ];
});
```
