* Removed some boilerplate for `urbit` builds.

Resolve an error in Emacs where Emacs picks up a mismatched paren when loading
the whole file, but not when evaling each form individually.

Change copyright owner to "Urbit"
...
The copyright notice mentioned the Free Software Foundation, while the
LICENSE.txt file mentions simply "Urbit". It makes sense to change it to
the latter.
Also added myself to contributors.
