semsem, `;;`, %smsm
============================

Fixpoint

`;;` is a synthetic rune that types `q` as a fixpoint of `p`. More
specifically, `;;` slams `q` through gate `p`, asserting that the
resulting noun [`.=`]() the original, and produces it.
