But (|>) is piping it to a function that expects:

            , hasAtLeastOneVisitor : ()
            , withModuleContext : Rule.Required

        ()

Hint: Seems like a record field typo. Maybe canAddModuleVisitor should be
hasAtLeastOneVisitor?
