License Jibb under MIT

Montelot chose the MIT licence, as urbit/urbit has (review question 45, A107). LICENSE holds it, and the example app's docket says MIT. The README's new Licence section names the two kinds of files that are others' work under their own MIT licences: vendor/, copied from urbit/urbit, whose licence at the pinned commit is now in vendor/LICENSE-urbit.txt (tools/ship copies only vendor's package folders into desks, so it stays out of them), and the Tlon importer fixtures, whose licence was already in tests/importer/tlon-license.txt.
