Merge all forks upstream + latest spago and fix tests (#3)

* Fix compiling errors building with purs/psc-set 0.14.2

* Remove bower and pulp

* Add pacakge-lock.json

* Update playwright minimum version

* evaluation needs to be one expression/statement

* Add connect/connectOverCDP functions

* Convert FFI to more modern JS

* Add bindings for focus, fill, connect among others

* Make ready for 0.15 but drop tests

* Use milliseconds for timeouts

* update spago and esm

* fix tests

* Revert "fix tests"
