meson support (#173) 
* Move AppConsole.vala and AppGtk.vala to src directory

* Rename po files

Strip "timeshift-" prefix. This is required for the future meson
support.

* Add initial meson support

* Remove makefile

* docs/development.md: adapt the instructions to the meson build system

Bonus: break a long line.
