Yuri Astrakhan	021cddcccd	mbtiles summary tool cleanup (#1000) ... After some thinking, it seems `mbtiles summary` (aliased as `mbtiles info`) would be a bit better than stats. I renamed and adjusted documentation, consolidating it in one doc page.
