* Add missing dependencies on Linux
* Remove unnecessary option. Hasn't been necessary since
Homebrew/homebrew-core@90aae3e04c .
* `require "formula"` is unnecessary
* `brew audit --strict` warns on single quotes

Add ncurses to Homebrew formula

as a build and recommended dependency. Generates a `--without-ncurses`
option to disable it. See
