Ulrich Germann 249c40ec74 Eliminated factor delimiter from the parameters of
Phrase.CreateFromString() and Sentence.CreateFromString(),
as it was never used in those functions anyway ---
Word.CreateFromString() retrieves the factor delimiter
from StaticData directly.
