Shell completion fixes (#388)
* Now correctly handling cobra.ShellCompNoDescRequestCmd in cli.ExecuteWith

* wip: partially moved to new 'completion' cmd impl

* More comments clarification

* make fmt

* rename .completions.sh -> .generate-completions.sh

* Deleted unused cli/cmd_completion.go
