90b40fc3e6 define formal public Python interface for tokenizer 
This introduces an abstract class for the Tokenizer/Analyzer
for documentation purposes.

a692bfa8f9 docs: add tables for the meaning of address and search ranks 
Also makes tables a bit more readable by adding margins and better
headers.
