Fix server persistence by adding missing App Sandbox entitlements (#52)
The entitlements file was empty, but KeychainService uses
kSecUseDataProtectionKeychain which requires App Sandbox to function.
Without these entitlements, all SecItemAdd calls fail with
errSecMissingEntitlement (-34018), silently preventing any connections
from being saved to the keychain.
Adds com.apple.security.app-sandbox and
com.apple.security.network.client entitlements.
