This commit fixes a bug where fetching Google Search Console keywords
raised a FunctionClauseError. This was introduced in #2046. This commit
also adds test coverage.
* Create separate module for GA HTTP requests
* Fetch GA data entirely instead of monthly
* Add buffering to GA imports
* Change positional args to maps when serializing from GA
