Merge the two Bratislavas (#1587) 
* Update settings_email_reports.html.eex

* fixed two typos

upgrage = upgrade
tranfer = transfer

* change sites to stats

changing sites to stats as couple of people mentioned it sounds like we will lock their websites so nobody can visit them

* Change from 14 to 45 times smaller
