Java language support in Pulsar

Add syntax highlighting and snippets to Java/JSP files in Pulsar.

Originally converted from the Java TextMate bundle.

Contributions are greatly appreciated. Please fork this repository and open a pull request to add snippets, make grammar tweaks, etc.
