JavaScript language support in Pulsar

Adds syntax highlighting and snippets for JavaScript in Pulsar.

Originally converted from the JavaScript TextMate bundle.

Contributions are greatly appreciated. Please fork this repository and open a pull request to add snippets, make grammar tweaks, etc.
