Hyperlink colorization in Pulsar

Adds syntax highlighting to hyperlinks embedded in strings, comments, and plain text in Pulsar.

Originally converted from the Hyperlink Helper TextMate bundle.

Contributions are greatly appreciated. Please fork this repository and open a pull request to add snippets, make grammar tweaks, etc.
